For your consideration are 62 silver 8,4,2, and 1 reales from the Colonial Spanish Empire. 41 - 8 reales, 6 - 4 reales, 12 - 2 reales, and 3 - 1 reales. These coins were all recovered from one shipwreck at the mouth of the Tagus river in Portugal. The dates of the coins indicate the wreck likely occurred in 1675 or 1676. Neither the display box, gold coin, nor any of the gold chains are included with this lot. Indicated in the photos below are the weights and details of each coin. For a minority of the dated coins, the listed date was extrapolated from fragments of numbers, and are subject to minor errors. Feel free to make me an offer on the lot. The item "Pirate Shipwreck Treasure!
