This is a (1612-16) P Q Bolivia 8 Reales Cob PCGS Genuine Environmental Damage-- VF Detail (Very Fine). The "P" is the Mint Mark for Potosi and the "Q" is the Assayer's mark (Augustin de la Quadra) under King Philip III Reign. This is the Shield Design. There are little areas of yellowish color on the cob AND THE HOLDER HAS HAIRLINE CRACKS. It looks like the coin was too thick for the holder it was put into, so the FRONT of the holder is "spider cracked" (SEE LAST PICTURE).
